When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched within 2 - 3 working days. For pieces that are personalised items these do need time to be processed. You do have the option to upgrade your delivery time at checkout. Please note that delivery time is once your order has been posted and not Turnaround times (the time it takes to process your order)
Add your personalised details into the appropriate boxes when placing your order. Please make sure spelling etc. are correct as the exact text will be used to personalise your order. As I try to make sure all orders are processed as fast as possible to get them out to you, It won’t be possible to fix mistakes made. So please take your time with spelling/wording.
Sending to multiple addresses
Yes, you can post out to multiple addresses but you will have to place separate orders for each order you would like sent to a different address.
Adding to my order after it’s placed it?
I process orders in the quickest possible time especially with personalised pieces, so it's unlikely I will be able to assist you with an addition to your order once it's been made. So please make sure that before you check out you're happy with all details and you’ve got all you need.
Please note, items which are personalised or customised to your specifications cannot be returned.
If your item arrives damaged then you have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us that your items have been damaged. In such case, please email: email@example.com and we will advise you how to proceed. Do not destroy or throw away any product, even if it's damaged. Goods must be returned to us in their original packaging. We cannot reimburse you for return postage. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
